Dates & Fees

The Fall 2019 Semester begins August 29, 2019 and ends December 22, 2019.

The Spring 2020 Semester begins January 3, 2020 and ends May 3, 2020.

The Paris Intermediate Program includes the following:

Academics

  • Tuition fees for full course load
  • Partial fees covered for most studio and some performing arts’ courses
  • Academic support: methodology sessions, proofreading sessions, course-specific tutoring, mid-semester review, cours complémentaires

Culture

  • 2 monthly tickets to the performing arts
  • 2 day trips
  • 1 weekend excursion
  • Cooking workshop
  • City and neighborhood tours during orientation
  • Museum pass for unlimited visits
  • Volunteer and extracurricular opportunities

Housing

  • Homestay: with daily breakfast and choice of 5, 3 or 1 dinner(s)/week
  • Student Residence: choice of meal plan (daily breakfast, 5 dinners/week) or no meal plan

  • Academic Year: $27,500

Housing — Semester

  • Homestay Option 1: Daily breakfast,  5 dinners/week: $6,950
  • Homestay Option 2: Daily breakfast, 3 dinners/week: $6,400
  • Homestay Option 3: Daily breakfast, 1 dinner/week: $5,850
  • Student Residence Option 1: Daily breakfast, 5 dinners/week: $4,150
  • Student Residence Option 2: No meal plan. Student is responsible for all meals: $3,400

Housing — Academic Year

  • Homestay Option 1: Daily breakfast,  5 dinners/week: $13,900
  • Homestay Option 2: Daily breakfast, 3 dinners/week: $12,800
  • Homestay Option 3: Daily breakfast, 1 dinner/week: $11,700
  • Student Residence Option 1: Daily breakfast, 5 dinners/week: $8,300
  • Student Residence Option 2: No meal plan. Student is responsible for all meals: $6,800

Payment Schedule

  • $500 deposit upon acceptance
  • Semester students: Remaining balance must be paid in full by July 1 (for fall semester) or November 30 (for spring semester)
  • Academic year students: 50% of balance by July 1. Remaining balance must be paid in full by August 15

Out-of-Pocket Expenses

  • Round-trip flight to Paris
  • Passport
  • Student visa
  • Medical insurance
  • Meals not included in board fees
  • Local transportation
  • Personal expenses and purchases such as personal travel, souvenirs, and entertainment
  • Partial fees and supplies for studio art and performing art courses
