Accepting applications for Spring 2021!

The Level Up program runs January 13 – May 16, 2020.

The Spring 2021 Level Up program includes the following:

Academics

  • Tuition fees for full course load
  • Weekly mentoring sessions
  • Customized language support
  • Academic support: methodology sessions, proofreading sessions, course-specific tutoring, mid-semester review, cours complémentaires

Culture

  • Visits of various quarters in Paris: the Latin quarter, the Marais, and Montmartre
  • 4 performances: dance, classical music, concert by contemporary French musicians, theater performance
  • Cheese tasting
  • French cooking workshop
  • Soccer match
  • Louvre museum visit
  • Visit of Versailles
  • Weekend trip to the Loire Valley and its renowned castles

Housing

  • Homestay: with daily breakfast and choice of 5 or 3 dinners/week
  • Student Residence: with daily breakfast and 5 dinners/week
  • Independent living: Student-arranged apartment living

Support

  • Airport pick-up
  • One-on-one course advising and registration for university course enrollment
  • 1-week course shopping period
  • Pre-departure support and student visa assistance
  • Civil liability insurance
  • 24/7 on-site support for emergency and health matters, housing and logistical guidance

Program Fees

Tuition, Culture & Support

  • $18,900

Housing

  • Homestay Option 1: Daily breakfast, 5 dinners/week: $6,950
  • Homestay Option 2: Daily breakfast, 3 dinners/week: $6,400
  • Student Residence Option 1: Daily breakfast, 5 dinners/week: $4,150 – $4,950 (depending on residence chosen; fees fluctuate based on location and single- or double-occupancy room)
  • Independent Living: Housing fees paid directly to landlord

Payment Schedule

  • $500 deposit due upon acceptance
  • Remaining balance must be paid in full by July 1 (fall semester) / November 30 (spring semester)

Out-of-Pocket Expenses

  • Flight to and from Paris
  • Passport and student visa
  • Medical and travel insurance
  • Meals outside of board
  • Personal expenses and purchases such as personal travel, souvenirs, and entertainment
