Application instructions for Academic Programs Abroad

The application for Academic Programs Abroad is done in a TWO PART process.

• PART ONE of the process requires completing the FOUR PARTS of the application form for APA Paris.
• PART TWO consists of completing a detailed housing questionnaire. PART TWO cannot be downloaded, but instead will be mailed to you after your application has been processed.

  ALL FOUR parts plus other required documentation must be received on or before:

.  MARCH 15th Early Action, Regular Decision March 31st - for full academic year or Fall semester enrollment

.  OCTOBER 15th Early Action, Regular Decision October 31st - for Spring semester enrollment

 at the address below: (applications received after the deadline will be considered according to space availability)

 The following REQUIRED documents must be submitted with the $35 non-refundable APPLICATION FEE, 2 Passport size, professional quality photos with a white background in order to be processed:

 PART Ia Program Choice and Personal Data including Mother's or Father's E-Mail

PART Ib  Academic Record 

PART Ic  University / College Approval 

PART Id  Health History 

COMPLETE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT of your academic record through the last completed semester (with a minimum of 3 semesters)  

TWO LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION from:

• your French professor, letter underscoring your ability to attend same university classes as French students
• a professor of your major discipline or your academic advisor

Applications may be downloaded in Word or in Acrobat Reader format. You may complete it, and send it in either through e-mail (apaparis@apaparis.org) or through US mail to the A.P.A. US office (see address above).
