Alumni

We have created a group on Facebook for APA and ViaParis alumni. This is a closed group so that you may share news, stay in touch with your friends, receive special messages from Claire Suraqui and learn about alumni events. We hope that this will be a lively and creative group.

Please note that a public page for Academic Programs Abroad (APA) has been created as well. You may choose to "Like" this page so that you can stay abreast of the latest activities in France (excursions, artistic events, pictures and program changes) and in US (Claire's visits, campus events, alumni events and program changes). As opposed to the alumni group where you must return to the group to see information as it arrives, the Academic Programs Abroad page will allow you to receive the most up-to-date information, pictures and events directly in your newsfeed. We hope that you will join both!

 

ORDERING TRANSCRIPTS

To order transcripts from APA, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to apaparis@wanadoo.fr
• Request the number of transcripts you need, indicating the semester and year you participated in APA.
• Indicate the exact address where you would like the transcript(s) to be sent and how many per address
• To avoid costly FedEx fees, please be sure you send us your request in plenty of time for us to process and mail your transcript FROM PARIS.

After the transcripts have been sent you will be billed according to the following fee schedule for processing:

• 1-2 transcripts: free
• 3-5 transcripts: $5
• 6-10 transcripts: $10
• 11-15 transcripts: $15
• 16-20 transcripts: $20

You will be charged an additional fee for the cost of sending your transcripts via FedEX, DHL, or another form of international express mail.
