Credits & Grades

At the end of each semester, ACADEMIC PROGRAMS ABROAD sends to the student's home institution :

1. A transcript issued by A.P.A. that indicates credit hours, the French grades and their American equivalents
2. The professor's evaluation for each course, including a detailed report of the grades earned in the university course as well as in the cours complémentaire
3. The course descriptions of the classes the student took in Paris
4. The academic schedule of the student

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Attendance at all APA and university courses is mandatory. Instructors do not distinguish between excused or unexcused absences except in the case of a documented medical emergency. No late work is ever accepted nor do professors allow for make-up exams. Absences and late submission of homework in your APA and university courses will adversely affect your final grades.
