La dindeThe A.P.A. staff assists students on a continual basis with their immersion into French society through advising and a regular flow of information concerning health issues, vacation planning, leisure activities , etc...

• Immediately upon the student's arrival, the A.P.A. staff assumes responsibility for all of the following administrative procedures:  
  • Applying for the "carte de séjour",
  • Facilitating the opening of a bank account,
  • Enrolling in courses at universities or at our other affiliated institutions.

• Petit déjeuner convivial !The director and the assistant director advise students on an individual basis at the beginning of the semester and at mid-semester to confirm a student’s satisfaction with his or her academic program and the homestay situation. A.P.A.'s staff maintains close contact with faculty and its host families.

• Social gatherings are organized periodically to allow students to become better acquainted with each other.
• A monthly newsletter in French is sent to students while they are in Paris as well as to families and to associated faculty members.
